Westin Consulting is a young marketing/software development firm seeking a full-time Ruby on Rails web application developer. The ideal candidate is mainly a RoR developer with a varied skill set.

Required Skills:
- Experience developing production web-based applications
- Ruby on Rails
- Extensive knowledge of LAMP technology
- Above average CSS, HTML, UI Design skills
- JavaScript Framework (Prototype, jQuery, etc)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
Bonus Skills:
- Haml, Sass, Blueprint
- Git
- Linux Server administration
- Open-source contribution
