We are looking for experienced RoR developers for contract projects with the following skills, knowledge and capabilities:
- can take a rough spec and create a highly functional web app that provides a great user experience
- ability to create an intuitive UI
- can create and meet a deliverable schedule
- great communication skills
- is knowledgeable and interested in social web apps such as twitter, facebook, delicious, tumblr, etc
- design skills a plus!
