After Hours / Weekend Customer Service Assistants (work remote)

Our primary office is located in the Denver/Lodo area.
As a Customer Service Assistant you have the opportunity to provide an excellent experience for our customers. We only want superstars to join our team so read below and respond if you think you are a good fit.

Duties include:
* managing inbound phone calls
- Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm and Monday through Wednesday, 6 pm to 11 pm
- Or
- Thursday through Friday, 6 pm to 11 pm and Saturday, from 10 am to 10 pm
- If interested, one person may cover both shifts
* customer service / client interaction
* direct inbound calls to our service providers using internal websites
Requirements:
* Experience as a customer service representative
* Comfortable receiving phone calls and directing people through calls after normal business hours. (Call volume on weekends - 30+ calls daily, weekday evenings - 5-10 calls)
* Reliable computer and internet connection
* A can-do attitude and very strong initiative
* Superior interpersonal and verbal skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
